WHAT IS OUR POLICY?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on your purchases, but we are more than happy to make an exchange for you.

The exchange must be made within 7 days of purchasing (this includes the delivery time).

The customer is responsible for all delivery and shipping charges (unless there are unforeseen circumstance like a faulty garment or incorrect order). Free delivery is only offered one way to the customer. Should you want to exchange an item, this should be done at the customers cost.

In order for the exchange to be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled and in its original packaging with the tags still attached.

Sale, discounted, giveaway or custom made items are not eligible for exchange. We understand that buying finale sale or custom items can be tricky, so please feel free to contact us regarding sizing, fit or fabric.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Send an email to leahmarieswim@gmail.com with your name and invoice/order number. Once your return has been approved, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and return address via email.
